Yes! The Simula plan is free forever. No credit card required. It's perfect for solo practitioners managing a small patient list. You can upgrade anytime as your clinic grows.

After your trial ends, you'll be moved to the free Simula plan. All your data is safe — you just won't have access to paid features. To subscribe, contact our team and we'll activate your plan after payment confirmation.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

Annual billing gives you 2 months free. You pay for 10 months and get 12. It's billed as a single payment at the start of each year. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.

We accept bank transfers, GCash, and Maya. Contact our team to arrange payment and we'll activate your plan right away. All payments are in Philippine pesos (₱). Automated online payments are coming soon!

Your data is stored on Supabase's enterprise-grade infrastructure with row-level security, automatic backups, and encryption at rest and in transit. We take medical record privacy seriously.

Yes! The Starter plan and above include CSV data import. You can bulk-import patients, clients, and medical records from spreadsheets. We'll help you get set up.

All paid plans include email support. Professional and Enterprise plans get priority support with faster response times. Enterprise clients get a dedicated account manager for onboarding.
